WITHERING AWAY 

This game was made for the Godot Wild Jam #87.  Although I initially planned to complete it by myself, I really underestimated how hard making a card game actually is. Fortunately, my wonderful friends helped me in the final days.    

Shoutout to Faith ( https://www.youtube.com/@re_faith ) for the absolute jam of a song, and to Ike ( https://github.com/IkeVoodoo ) for overhauling the entire project two days before the jam deadline, I still don't know how they did that. 

As for the game itself, Withering Away is a turn-based card game with the goal of defeating your enemy. 

It contains a grand total of:

• 23 Unit cards
• 18 Trick cards
• 7 Different decks

The cards have a limited lifespan before they decay and die. I hope I've managed to capture a feeling of satisfaction as you outsmart the AI and win each game in a new way. The replay value is high, with different decks available in each new game.
